Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses within Australia. For orders to New Zealand, Singapore or the United States, please use the Comfort Co website for that country.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs $7 AUD. Standard shipping is free when your cart total is $149 AUD or more, before shipping charges.

Express shipping is available at a rate calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.

We deliver to PO boxes. If you select express shipping to a PO box, an additional $8 AUD surcharge applies.

Processing and delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within one business day after payment confirmation. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Queensland. Processing may take longer during busy promotional periods.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days by standard shipping, or 1–2 business days by express shipping.
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days by standard shipping, or 2–4 business days by express shipping.
• Remote and rural areas: 5–10 business days by standard shipping, or 3–5 business days by express shipping.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Tracking and carriers

When your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email. We use Australia Post, StarTrack and TNT Express (FedEx), depending on the order and delivery address.
